PTSD can get better with CBD: how to do it

PTSD responds well to medical cannabis. We have helped over 200 patients with PTSD get their lives back at

In particular, CBD can  work to help you sleep, cut the anxiety and avoidance, and generally make you and your family's lives better.

How much CBD? how long do you need to take CBD?  Over the past 500 to 1000 patients we have seen, we noticed that folks who vape 15 or so puffs of CBD per day and keep at it for eight weeks seem to notice a big difference.  Something like four out of five people get significant relief if they stay at it this long.  So this is where we start with people who have PTSD: start with 1 puff of CBD twice a day and work up to around 7 puffs twice a day every day for 2 months.

There is really good research on how PTSD changes your brain, and why CBD specifically can help you brain heal itself from the changes that PTSD causes.  So keep doing everything else for your PTSD.  If you are taking other medicines, keep taking them.  If you are doing therapy, keep doing therapy. But consider adding CBD to your treatment for a couple of months and see what happens.
